Camel Rides

Choose from Dressage, Explorers, Jockeys, Exotic Eastern or Elves
Two pint-sized riders sit aboard ‘Life sized’- Camel puppets.
These Camels can be cheeky, and they don’t spit. They’ll nibble flowers, nudge the unwary and be lead along just like a real horse. Kids love to lead them, adults love to photograph them; everyone loves to play with them.
The realism of the camels comes from their cute faces with huge eyes that blink, mouths that chew, tails that wag and 4 independent articulated walking legs.
The cleverness of this act contributes to the total confusion of the public and the believability of the act. A wonderful testimony to the skill of one of one of Australia’s most creative puppet builders. The result is sheer delight and of course, plenty of posing for the cameras.
Roving riders can be adapted for any themed event. Current choices include:
Jockeys: wearing winning coloured silks and adapted for speed…or trot.
Christmas Elves on ‘Reindeer’…(just add antlers)
Dressage: Formal Dress with Top Hat and Tails (or Dressage with contestant numbers on the their backs)
Aussie Bushies: “Werk & Bills” …Legendary Aussie explorers.
Exotic East: Middle Eastern/Moroccan
All themes are possible, so ask if you don’t see yours listed.
